| 6. What is networked fingerprint lock or networked keypad lock |

The resolution of fingerprints of Digi door lock is 560pdi, which can be used to identify fingerprints of children above 5 years old.
The correct method to input fingerprints is: “1+#”+ master code + “#” + fingerprint + “one sound of Di”, one fingerprint is generated after it is input for two successive times; at this time, the next fingerprint can be input.

| 9. Forget codes or master code. Is it good to have long codes |
There are 8 digits for code of Digi fingerprint lock, and 6 digits for pure keypad lock. If codes are too long, it is not convenient to be kept or memorized. Therefore, 6-8 digits are the most reasonable one as codes.
There is a small button inside the front lock body of Digi Door Lock. It is called reset key. When code or master code is forgotten, the ex-factory state will be restored when you just need to press the button for 3 seconds.

| 10. When battery runs out of electricity, will fingerprints or codes be lost? |
| The chip used to save fingerprints and codes in Digi Door Lock is operated without electricity. When the capacity in battery is not sufficient, the alarm for low voltage will appear. Even after battery runs out of electricity, fingerprints or codes won’t get lost either. |
